Jeff Rombach is a seasoned financial executive with 25 years of industry experience. He served as the Founding Managing Director and Group Head of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Stifel Bank & Trust, where he led the closing of $4.2+ billion in nationwide CRE loans. His extensive career also includes roles at Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Asset Management, and Ernst & Young. Jeff holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dayton and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Beyond his professional work, he is deeply involved in his community serving as Board Co-Chair for Loyola Academy of St. Louis, a Jesuit upper-elementary and middle school, and through past work with Make-A-Wish’s Executive Leadership Committee and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light the Night. Over two decades, Jeff Co-Founded and Co-Chaired both the University of Dayton R.I.S.E. Forum (2000-2009) and Quinnipiac G.A.M.E. Forum (2010-2019). An avid runner, he has completed numerous marathons, including New York City, Chicago, and St. Louis. Jeff lives in St. Louis with his wife, Idania, and their three children. John Crowley is a commercial real estate capital markets professional with nearly a decade of industry experience. John was formerly a Vice President of Stifel Bank & Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Lending team. He supported the expansion of SB&T’s national CRE lending platform from its infancy and executed nationwide debt transactions across multifamily, industrial, office, self-storage, retail, hospitality, and specialty asset classes. John’s career also includes roles in private equity–backed net‑lease research, real estate data analysis, and small‑business operations. John holds a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University where he was active in real estate and nonprofit organizations.

Beyond his professional work, John is deeply involved in his community, serving as Chair of St. Louis Children’s Hospital Young Ambassadors and leading fundraising campaigns for Make‑A‑Wish and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night. Outside of the office and community involvement, John is slightly addicted to golf, racquet sports of all kinds, and skiing.
